Ways to maintain  your mental health 


The mental health /mental pain is something we don't often talk about, but it is just as important as physical health.
So, therefore, I am going to tell you different ways to save/keep/find our mental health

Stay active:

Exercise has multiple benefits for our overall health and, therefore, for our mental health as well.


Resting: 

Resting between 7 and 8 hours a day, depending on the person, allows us to take care of our health because it improves physical and intellectual performance and reduces the probability of occurrence of some physical and psychological problems.


Eating well:

Maintaining a healthy diet keeps the body healthy, makes you feel good and, therefore, increases your overall well-being.

Have a social life: 

Social support, healthy contact with people who enrich, with people to share with, in addition to improving your well-being, delays the deterioration of cognitive abilities such as memory.



Communicate:

Maintaining effective communication, of understanding, in a simple and clear, direct way, actively listening, undoubtedly improves the relationship with the other and therefore well-being.



Seek help:

Sometimes it is difficult to put these tips into practice. Situations, environment or personal skills can hinder the desire and intention to take care of mental health. 

 


I hope that after these tips you feel a little better about your mental health and how to save or maintain it.
And remember, your mental health is as important as your physical health, don't neglect it!
